Hi, I’m Ivy, a graphic designer from the Bay Area, now living and creating in Los Angeles. If you’ve landed here, you’ve probably seen some of my work , and maybe even been a little confused by it. That’s totally okay. I’ve always been drawn to the playful and surreal — the kind of visuals that don’t necessarily make perfect sense, and don’t need to.
That spirit shows up in everything I make, whether it’s a client project or a personal piece. My philosophy is simple: if something makes me smile, there’s a good chance it’ll make someone else smile too.
Inspiration finds me everywhere, but my ideas usually start with curiosity, the obsessive kind, the kind I’m pretty sure runs in my family. A lot of my creative influences go back to childhood fascinations: bunnies, chickens, 60s psychedelic rock, and the whimsical worlds of The Teletubbies, Alice in Wonderland, and The Yellow Submarine. Nature’s quiet magic and the cultures I’ve been lucky enough to experience also shape how I see the world. These aren’t just interests — they’re little reminders of a more playful, wonder-filled way of being.
Through my work, I try to celebrate those small, meaningful moments and share pieces of my own story in the hope they spark something joyful, strange, or familiar in yours.
